Class Terms and Conditions

1. You are paying for a class / course and not individual sessions.

2. The program will be undertaken over a number of sessions in a group setting.

3. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this may result in the loss of the session without a refund.

4. Due to the nature and detail of the assessment process, once the course has commenced no refunds will be issued. Should a refund be agreed upon (due to extenuating circumstances), the work undertaken will be taken into account and added admin fee of £10 will be charged.

5. The sessions will take place weekly, starting the date and time selected at the time of booking. We are unable to change dates of certain sessions or allow movement between classes.

6. Under consumer protection, you may cancel up to fourteen days after the initial purchase if you have booked through our website, however, the refund for the services used will not be refunded and an admin fee will be added. This includes places in a class that has started.

7. You are responsible for the behaviour and actions of your dog while attending training.

8. We reserve the right to change the content, timing, dates, venue or instructor. We try to avoid this as much as possible however sometimes this is unavoidable, particularly with adverse weather, high temperatures or humidity causing sessions to be postponed or dangerous road conditions.

9. We use the most up-to-date, science-based methods of training that have proven results. As we are dealing with brain functions, I cannot guarantee that the methods used will improve the behaviour within a specific time limit. Often it can take a period to see positive results. Further work may be required.

10. Cancelling of the sessions by Rovers Return - We reserve the right to refuse to work with you, without a refund.

11. Refunds are at the discretion of Rovers Return.

3. Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this may result in the loss of the session without a refund.

4. Due to the nature and detail of the assessment process, once work has commenced no refunds will be issued, as the majority of the work is done within the assessment process. Should a refund be agreed upon (due to extenuating circumstances), the work undertaken will be taken into account and added admin fee of £10 will be charged.

5. The sessions must be used within 3 months unless otherwise arranged.
